Funds will go to computer and digital literacy training for youth and teachers in underserved villages. In a time when everything is going digital, many young people—and even educators—in remote areas of Togo have never used a computer. VHEDA is addressing this gap by providing hands-on ICT training.Over the past six years , Vheda has trained more than 500 youths and students ( in seven villages) and 24 Teachers (in two locations) in ICT and more than 3000 people including youths, students and Community Leaders trained on Mindset change, financial education, Organic farming and entrepreneurship.
Currently, we are reaching over 150 students and 20 teachers across three locations. However, with growing demand, we’re preparing to train an additional 500 students and 150 teachers starting June. Your support helps us empower communities with vital skills for the digital age.
