Project Description

In many rural villages of Togo, the digital divide remains a stark reality. Thousands of young people and even teachers have never touched a computer, let alone used one to access learning or career opportunities. In today’s digital era, this leaves communities disconnected, uncompetitive, and underserved.

This project seeks to change that.

Through hands-on computer and digital literacy training, we aim to equip 500 students and 150 teachers across underserved villages with essential 21st-century ICT skills. These skills are not just academic—they are life-changing, opening doors to higher education, entrepreneurship, employment, and improved teaching practices.

Delivered via mobile digital classrooms and powered by solar energy in off-grid areas, the training will be facilitated by expert instructors over six months. The curriculum includes fundamental computer use, internet navigation, Microsoft Office tools, and digital tools for education and business.
